UCR has a Small Business exemption (48CFR9903.201-1(b3)) and is not subject to the Cost Accounting Standards Board (CASB) standards. However, UCR was audited by the Defense Contract Audit Agency in Sept. 1998 and were advised that we satisfactorily met the required accounting standards. UCR was also audited by the GSA in November 1998 and passed the audit and were commended on the financial and record keeping procedures in place.
