Contract and Pricing Information

UCR offers flexible pricing options for our eCommerce services. We will work with you to evaluate your needs and
recommend the best combination of price and flexibility.

For project related work in which UCR is responsible for the project, we will typically assess your requirements
and prepare a fixed price proposal based on expected project deliverables.

If the project is open-ended, and requirements are not specifically defined, we offer
block-contract services at reduced rates from out standard hourly rate. Block contracts can be used for our
full spectrum of services, including repair, networking and programming services.

For small, on-demand support in cases where it is unclear whether many hours will be required, we offer standard
time and material rates for our services.

We offer staff outsourcing solutions in cases where the customer needs technical
support but will be managing the actual project work and the tech will be reporting to the customer site. We can
tailor custom outsourcing arrangements including specific days per week and hours per, and ranging up to full-time
outsource personnel.
